This dining room was part of a full main floor renovation, but the clients wanted to be mindful of their budget and keep the furniture and rug they already loved. The challenge was to make the room feel elevated and new without replacing everything.

We added printed grasscloth wallpaper, herringbone floors, soft custom drapery, and a sculptural chandelier inspired by a tropical hotel they visited years ago. The result is a space that feels refined, warm, and welcoming - perfect for family gatherings and everyday connection.

A home where the kitchen adjoins the open great room, every detail needs to connect. The veined marble, herringbone floors, layered metals, floor to ceiling drapery, and artwork scaled for impact all speak the same language.

The palette remains calm, yet the details give it presence. Not safe, but confident.

Every detail in this bedroom was shaped by our client’s needs. They wanted comfort, ease, and a place to truly relax. We created storage that works, a tailored closet, soft textures, and just enough colour and art to make it personal.

This project came full circle. I was the original designer when the building was built, and seven years later a new client asked me to make this penthouse their own.

They moved from a historical farmhouse and wanted a completely different feeling. The view needed to take centre stage, and the mix of warm and cool tones had to feel effortless. With silk, linen, bronze, and marble chosen carefully, the result is subtle, luxurious, and elevated.

As an introvert, I learned early on that part of building a business is finding comfort in being visible. It was not natural at first. I have always been more comfortable behind the camera and I am definitely not a selfie taker.
Over the years, having professional photos on hand has become invaluable. They make it easier to show up with authenticity and confidence, and to represent my work in the moment without overthinking it.

Stocking up for the long weekend.
Whether it’s an artfully styled bar cart or a perfectly curated cocktail corner, every detail sets the tone for a weekend well spent.

This condo was designed for a person who works hard and wants their home to feel effortless. They value quality because they know it lasts, and they choose beauty over excess. With comfort, sophistication and a view that elevates it all, this is a home that reflects their life and rewards their effort.

It is easy to see why so many people play it safe with their kitchen design. It feels less risky and more familiar. But sometimes taking a chance creates something unforgettable.
Here, soft green blue cabinetry, a statement hood, marble that feels like art, and layered finishes came together to make a space that is personal, enduring, and entirely their own.

I have been thinking about this piece from Sam Lock.
As an Arrow, part of his first solo show at Anima Mundi in St Ives.
Moody, atmospheric, and quietly powerful.

Lock’s work explores the tension between presence and absence, structure and erosion.
He draws on the writings of Beckett and Pinter to evoke something felt more than explained.
These paintings are not about what is said, but what resonates underneath.

Go where never before
No sooner there than there always
No matter where never before
No sooner there than there always
— Samuel Beckett

A little spa moment just steps from the yoga room.

This bathroom is part of a new carriage house we designed on the same property as our client’s main residence. The goal? An easy, elevated escape for post-workout relaxation, nights in with friends, or a quick mental reset.

Details include:
• Heated marble mosaic floors
• Large-format porcelain slab walls
• Walk-in shower with oversized rain shower head
• Full-body dryer (not shown)
• Wall-mounted towel warmer
• Beauty station for at-home styling and event prep
• Soft, soothing palette to keep the vibe calm and clean

It’s modern, minimal, and completely tailored to a quieter pace.

Tucked just off our client’s cigar lounge, this washroom needed to feel layered and elevated while quietly standing up to a room full of friends, drinks in hand.

The double vanity in cerused smoky oak brings warmth and texture, with fluted details that feel custom and intentional without trying too hard. A tonal vinyl wallcovering adds a tailored touch that is also tough enough to handle real life.

Inside the stalls, porcelain slabs that look like onyx wrap every wall, lit from above by a soft glow in the ceiling. It feels moody and polished, but every surface is built for durability. No one would guess this room could be hosed down if it needed to be. That is the beauty of thoughtful design.
