We are loving this new Ames Kahn tile! Now available in 5 stunning colours. Kahn brings sculptural depth to walls through an elongated recessed profile, creating rhythmic light, shadow and architectural texture with understated impact. Wowzza! 😍

Same bathroom. Five completely different moods.

We paired a timeless marble-inspired porcelain with five different zellige looks to show just how much colour can change the feeling of a space — from soft and understated to warm, earthy and dramatic.

Which would you choose?
Cream, Terracotta, Blush, Olive or Burgundy?

Sometimes the hardest part isn’t finding a tile you love… it’s choosing just one.

Visit us at Sage Flooring & Design Studio and let us help you put the whole look together.

Pumpkin spice, but make it interiors. 🍂

Warm, earthy and just a little unexpected — Ames Lins 8x8 in Pumpkin brings beautiful texture and dimension to a space without overwhelming it.

We love how the subtle geometric pattern changes with the light, giving you all those cozy fall tones while still feeling modern enough to live with year-round.

Because apparently pumpkin season can extend beyond your latte. ☕️

Available at Sage Flooring & Design Studio.
