When my client asked for colour, we leaned into what was already there. The subtle green veining in the existing tile inspired this gorgeous cabinet colour, creating a fresh look that feels like it was always meant to be.

By updating the paint, hardware, lighting, and adding thoughtful styling, we completely transformed the feel of this kitchen without a full renovation.

One of my favourite parts of home staging is being able to use my decorating skills to see the potential in a space and make strategic updates that help a home shine.
This condo is a perfect example. The kitchen cabinets were looking tired and dated, so I selected a fresh paint colour that instantly brightened and modernized the space. In the living room, I recommended a new light fixture to improve both the style and the amount of light in the room. Small, thoughtful changes can have a huge impact on how a home feels—and how buyers respond to it.
What I love most is helping homeowners and Realtors see the difference between living in a home and selling a home. The way we design our spaces for everyday life is often very different from how we present them to appeal to the widest range of buyers. Home staging isn’t about taking the personality away—it’s about highlighting the home’s best features and helping buyers imagine themselves living there.

We swapped out the tired gray for Benjamin Moore’s White Dove, gave it a thorough refresh, cleaned it top to bottom, and staged it to help buyers see its full potential.

During our initial consultation, the vision came together quickly, and we were excited to bring it to life while showcasing some of our newest furniture and art pieces.

Those who know me well, know that I love supporting local businesses—especially when those businesses belong to friends.
Enter Mike Gibbs. I first met Mike when he was helping my neighbours with the florals for a photo shoot, and I remember thinking, who is this elegantly dressed and distinguished gentleman? It didn’t take long to discover that Mike is not only incredibly talented, but also one of the kindest and most generous people you could meet.

Over the years, Mike has helped me, and every visit to his floral boutique is a treat. Naturally, I had to support his business, and I recently found the perfect place for these two beautiful floral art pieces I purchased from his shop. Seeing them displayed in this bathroom we recently staged felt like the perfect opportunity to give him a shout-out.
