Ever wonder how the metal corners were installed? Follow along and see the final result at the last slide.

First: squeeze the corners flatter

Swipe right ➡️

Then select the one you want, consider colour and size. I’ve got bronze, gold, rose gold and silver. ➡️

Then squeeze the metal corners along the top/bottom and sides. ➡️

Hmmm popped off! Needed more squeezing! ➡️

Check the inside too! Squeeze it tight!➡️

Remember both top and bottom corners get metal corners! Squeeze both! ➡️

Here’s another little peek at From England, with Love, and this time, these beautiful vintage books are waiting for you to decide what comes next.

Unlike the ready-to-ship journals I shared earlier, these treasures haven’t yet been transformed. Their beautiful covers are just as they arrived from England, ready for a new chapter.

That little tap, tap, tap before the stitching begins. 🪡

Punching the holes through each signature, one by one, ready to sew the watercolour paper into a beautiful text block.

A slow, careful part of the bookbinding process… and very satisfying to watch.
