Sometimes the hardest part of a journey is the moment just before something changes.
You are tired.
Nothing seems to be moving.
You begin wondering whether all the effort has been pointless.
But we rarely know how close we are to a new beginning.
This does not mean we should cling stubbornly to everything.
Some things genuinely need to end.
But before you abandon something meaningful, ask yourself:
Am I finished—or am I simply exhausted?
There is a difference.
Rest before deciding.
Step back.
Breathe.
Let the emotion settle.
Perhaps the path needs changing.
Perhaps you simply need to recover enough strength to see it clearly again.
Not every pause is a conclusion.
Sometimes it is simply the place where we catch our breath before continuing.
