A vintage Shaker style bentwood carrier box with an upright handle and typical swallow tail lap joints secured with copper tacks.

A nice collection of vintage medicinal and apothecary bottles dating between 1896 and 1907.
Emerald green “Preston of New Hampshire” smelling salts bottle with the original cork stopper.
A green embossed “ Not to Be Taken” ridged poison bottle.
A cylindrical pill/ ointment bottle.
A double collared medicinal bottle.
All in excellent condition.

A beautiful early 19th century antique ( probably maple) bobbin rope bed in fabulous condition.
Before metal springs were invented, these frames relied on a network of tight ropes looped through the holes of the side rails and head and foot boards to support a straw or feather mattress.
The framework required frequent tightening as the rope stretched over time and the frequent maintenance popularized the phrase “sleep tight”
This bed comes with the original headboard and matching footboard as well as the original side rails with the holes intact. It also has the original metal screw rods or belt bolts which helps date the bed to the 1830-1840 period.
These bed bolts also make the frame very strong and sturdy.
Beautiful mellow colour and patina.
All parts are original but it has been modernized with a sheet of plywood base and a custom made foam mattress.
3/4 bed size in modern terms.
48” wide, 76” long, 44” high.
Even more beautiful in person than in the photos.

Oversized vintage Italian kitchen towels…white linen/ h**p towels and heavier weigh natural homespun ones.
The white ones measure approximately 25” by 49”
The natural homespun ones measure approximately 30” by 42”.
Some have embroidered initials, some do not.
The homespun ones are heavy enough to use for recovering chair seats.
Beautiful accents for any rustic country modern farmhouse decor.
