Creative Challenge: Color-combination Creativity

Ready for a fresh take on frost? This month’s Creative Challenge is to create a project using the following:

Barely Blush + Blackberry Bliss + Hydrangea Hue + Mossy Meadow + Pecan Pie

Take a look at how we incorporate each color into our Winter Wishes Scrapbook Page:
Barely Blush: embossed cardstock for the layout base
Blackberry Bliss: photo mat and sentiment
Hydrangea Hue: the label
Mossy Meadow and Pecan Pie: inks blended through decorative masks to color the pinecone and bough (Plus, extra Mossy Meadow for added depth!)

Note: Frosted Pinecones Bundle is a great buy and worth a try—it includes a stamp set, dies, and decorative masks!

This week's Global Design Project Challenge was to use metallics.
Of course, I chose some of my new hot foil dies....the GORGEOUS Lustrous Leaves bundle is the star of this card. Paired with the beautiful textured background makes this a stunning card. (So hard to photograph foiled cards) Click on photo to get a larger view of the card.
