We're one step closer to making candle refills easier! ♻️🕯️

Our molds for the molds have arrived! 😂 Now comes the fun part: pouring the silicone, making the molds, testing the wax inserts, and crossing our fingers that everything fits the way it's supposed to.

A little trial and error, a whole lot of behind-the-scenes work, and hopefully a much faster, easier way to get refills into your hands!

We'll bring you along as we figure it all out. ❤️

Sometimes we need a reminder that the worst things we see aren't the whole story. ❤️

A stranger opens her door to someone who desperately needs help. A group of people comes together to lift a car off someone trapped underneath. And a lost wallet makes its way home with every single dollar still inside.

This is why we do Humanity Monday.

And this week, we're passing a little of that humanity along.

The molds for our molds are DONE. 😂
Our refill project just took another big step forward.
We've been working with Joe to reverse-engineer the inside of our handmade cement vessels so we can create a solid wax refill that's already wicked and made specifically to fit inside your Four Winds candle.
Take out the old candle.
Drop in the new one.
Same vessel. New candle. ❤️
The pieces Joe created are officially on their way to us, which means we're getting closer to the part we've been waiting for:
Actually making the refills and finding out if this crazy idea works. 😂
We're still developing. Still testing. Still figuring s**t out as we go.
And we're bringing you along for all of it.

Our first California market. 🥹❤️
This weekend we're packing up Four Winds and heading to Petaluma for the Grand Bazaar of Petaluma at the Petaluma Fairgrounds!
This feels like a pretty big moment for us - our first market since moving to California and our first chance to introduce Four Winds to a whole new community in person.
Even better, the Grand Bazaar benefits Micah's Hugs, an organization doing incredibly important work around fentanyl awareness, education, and overdose prevention.
So if you're in the Petaluma/Sonoma County area this weekend, come find us, smell some candles, say hi, and help support a really good cause. ❤️

Our new Four Winds shirts are here — and while we love our logo on the front, the back is the whole reason we made them.

The bad can get really fu***ng loud sometimes.
So we're going to get a little louder about the good. ❤️
There are people helping strangers every single day. People noticing when someone needs something and simply doing what they can. Most of those stories will never make national news or go viral—but they're happening.
And we want to keep finding them. Keep sharing them. Keep reminding ourselves that there's still a whole lot of good out there.
That's why we created the Humanity Project.
