This project was created around the idea of quiet luxury, where comfort, craftsmanship, and exceptional views come together in a balanced and timeless way. Soft neutral palettes, natural materials, and refined textures allow the surrounding landscape to become an integral part of the interior experience.

A defining feature of the space is the custom made Kolb Sofa, designed and crafted by Zalaba Design. Its sculptural form and generous proportions bring both visual presence and everyday comfort to the living area.

The result is a sophisticated home that feels calm, contemporary, and deeply connected to its surroundings.

A private residence overlooking the coastline of Porto Cervo, designed by Zalaba Design.

This project was inspired by the relaxed elegance of Mediterranean living and the extraordinary beauty of the Sardinian landscape. Every aspect of the design was developed to strengthen the connection between architecture, nature, and daily life.

Natural stone, textured fabrics, handcrafted details, and a palette of soft neutral tones create a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Arched architectural elements and organic forms add warmth and character, while spacious terraces extend the living experience outdoors.

The result is a timeless home where luxury is expressed through craftsmanship, comfort, and a strong sense of place.
