A sensor manufacturer built two wireless collectors on our Ra-01SC:

🌡 Temp & Humidity Collector — up to 3,000m range, 3.6V battery, IP65, gateway→cloud. For factories, farms, greenhouses.
🏭 Temp & Vibration Collector — MEMS senses motor/fan/pump temp+vibration, fully wireless, threaded/magnetic mount. For coal, chemical, power — catch faults before downtime.

Both feed a LoRa gateway (4G/Ethernet/RS485) → cloud.

A foot-warmer that knows when your feet are inside — and powers off the second you leave. No button, no app. Just presence.

Their enclosure was already tooled and cramped, with almost no clearance for a clean radar layout. After assembly: signal loss, noise, false triggers.

We fixed it with our Rd-03_V2 60GHz mmWave radar:
🔧 800MHz bandwidth + 20cm distance gate tuned for ~0.8m in / ~1m out
🔧 Joint firmware & threshold tuning to their test standards
Result: from samples to pilot production, every unit passed. First-batch supplier among several radar vendors.

Ever walked in to find your cat just sitting there… and your "smart" feeder acting like the room is empty? 😅

That's the classic PIR infrared problem. It only notices moving heat, so the moment your cat freezes (or naps like they do 😴), the sensor thinks nobody's home.

We switched a pet brand over to mmWave radar instead, and the difference is wild:

🐱 Sees your pet even when they're totally still
📦 Hidden inside the device — no holes, no sensor sticking out
💡 Works in the dark, in steam, even in bright sun
🔋 Sips power (great for cordless feeders)

Modules we used: Rd-01 (24GHz) for the litter box, Rd-04 (10.5GHz) for the water & food dispenser.

How do you monitor cow health in real time — when the pasture has no cellular signal and 4G data costs a fortune?

A dairy operation hits a classic IoT trap:
🌾 Open farmland = weak public network
💸 4G across hundreds of animals = endless data fees
🐄 Heat stress & disease = caught too late

Our answer: a self-built private LoRaWAN network.
A solution provider deployed our Ra-09 LoRaWAN modules inside smart cow collars, paired with RG-02 gateways across the farm.

What it does:
• A 3-axis accelerometer tracks activity, rumination and feeding patterns
• On-device algorithms flag abnormal breathing and behavior
• Farmers get early warnings for heat stress and disease — before losses pile up

This entryway-light demo uses the Rd-03_V2 radar to detect presence, including when someone is standing still. The host device then controls the light.

This demo shows how Ra-01SC LoRa modules can carry readings from distributed sensor nodes to a display outside the room. Sensors do the measuring; Ra-01SC handles the wireless link.
