Some projects don’t need more light. They need better control.

On curved façades, the challenge is not simply brightness. It’s consistency, direction, and how naturally the light belongs to the form.

If the fixture fights the architecture, the result feels added on. If the beam loses discipline, the surface loses definition.

Panoray™ is designed for these in-between conditions, where the line needs to move with the building, but the effect still needs to feel precise.

That’s the difference between lighting a surface and shaping how the surface is seen.

Practical completion does not freeze the building. Temperature cycles continue, joints open and close, and minor structural movement carries on after the consultants and access equipment leave.

That is when the owner inherits the night view. ElongFlex™ gives ArcFlex adaptive length allowance, and the Anole profile supports the mounting condition so more of that movement can be managed before it becomes a visible gap or distorted line.

The value is not only technical. It protects the property’s public image and reduces the risk of expensive façade access after opening.

Façade lighting is often compared by product price while the cost of future access remains invisible.

Once the building is open, a small gap, failed termination, or distorted line can require lifts, scaffolding, permits, night work, protection of occupied areas, and another public handover.

Facalite system : ArcFlex and the Anole profile address movement, fit, mounting, and field-modification risk before those issues become visible.

That creates a more complete ROI discussion, one based on the installed lifecycle rather than the purchase order alone.

Email [email protected] to review the risk points in your façade detail before the access strategy is locked.

Cutting a façade light is not one action. It creates a chain of electrical decisions: where to terminate, how to seal, how to test, how to protect the cable route, and how to access the connection later.

Facalite system: ArcFlex combines planned length selection with ElongFlex™ adaptive allowance (Stretch, fit, and retract, with no cutting, waste, or permanent deformation ) to reduce the number of field modifications created by dimensional mismatch.

Fewer avoidable cuts support a cleaner installation path, stronger sealing discipline, and less maintenance uncertainty.

The electrical contractor remains responsible for the approved installation method, but the product strategy should remove risk rather than manufacture it.

Email the run schedule to [email protected] for a length and connection review.

Curved façades are often presented as pure geometry, but the built form keeps changing.

Temperature alters material length, joints move, fixing distances shift, and the completed façade settles into conditions the drawing cannot freeze.

Facalite system : ArcFlex follows the architectural path, ElongFlex™ adds adaptive length allowance, and the Anole profile supports the mounting relationship.

Together, they give designers more freedom to carry a clean light line through the moving reality of the façade.

The opportunity is not to ignore engineering. It is to explore form without letting a static lighting system become the hidden limit.

Email your curved façade concept to [email protected] for an adaptive-detail discussion.

An adaptive product does not remove the need for accurate coordination. It changes what happens after the best available dimension meets the real façade.

ArcFlex should be planned to fit the project, while the tech ElongFlex™ provides controlled allowance for minor changes in measurement, installation, thermal expansion, and structural movement.

Treating those functions together creates a stronger specification. The expected length defines the intended fit.

The adaptive allowance defines how the Facalite system responds when reality moves away from that expected condition.

Email [email protected] with the drawing, measured opening, joint location, and expected movement so the two decisions can be reviewed together.

The product looks simple. The problem it solves is not.

A flexible grazer has to do more than bend. It has to respect the surface, maintain the visual line, support the beam effect, and give designers confidence before the final installation.

That’s why Panoray™ should not be presented as just another flexible fixture.

Its value is in the trade-off it removes: curved form without giving up controlled architectural grazing.

Because in premium projects, flexibility is only useful when the final result still looks specified, not improvised.

Architectural details fail at the interface between products, not only inside the products themselves.

A light can bend beautifully and still lose the façade line when the mounting profile cannot respond to the same movement.

Facalite system : ArcFlex and the Anole profile are designed as a symbiotic system.

ArcFlex manages the illuminated line, and Anole manages the relationship between that line and the building.

Together, they respond to thermal expansion, minor structural movement, joints, and site tolerance as one façade detail rather than two disconnected parts.

The flexibility is not a product attribute.

It is a system behaviour.

The failure usually doesn’t show up in the drawing. It shows up on the wall.

A concept can look clean in the plan. The real test starts when light touches texture.

That’s when uneven output, weak grazing height, and broken visual rhythm become obvious. By then, the project is already deeper into mockups, revisions, and installation decisions.

Panoray™ is made for designers who need the line to follow the architecture while still delivering a controlled architectural effect.

Because the wall is where the promise is tested.

And once the surface exposes the problem, the fixture is no longer a small detail.

The wall curves before the lighting plan is ready.

That’s where most façade projects start to lose control. A rigid fixture can give precision, but it doesn’t always follow the architecture. A flexible line can follow the curve, but the beam can quickly become decorative instead of disciplined.

Panoray™ was designed for the space between those two options.

Flexible enough to follow the form. Controlled enough to protect the visual intent.

The first problem isn’t whether the light turns on.

It’s whether the architecture still looks intentional after dark.
