Suspended in space, light becomes sculpture.

At the entrance lobby of L Private Residences, linear pendants float effortlessly within the architecture, bringing warmth, rhythm, and a refined sense of balance to the space.

Minimal in form yet strong in presence, the lighting becomes a defining design element rather than simply a source of illumination.

At L Private Residences in Larnaca, the lighting is designed to feel inseparable from the architecture itself.

Integrated discreetly into the façade, each element follows the building’s rhythm and materiality, allowing the architecture to retain its clarity while gaining a distinct presence after dark.

Nothing feels added. Nothing competes for attention.

Handover Project
📍 L Private Residences, Larnaca

At L Private Residences in Larnaca, the lighting creates a stronger sense of height and continuity, extending the architecture visually while keeping the intervention subtle and fully integrated.

Every fixture serves both a functional and aesthetic role, giving the building greater depth, definition, and presence after dark.

Wall grazing can do more than reveal texture; it can reshape the way a façade is perceived.

Parking lighting, designed to perform.

At L Private Residences in Larnaca, the parking illumination was developed to combine clarity, efficiency, and architectural integration across both covered and open-air areas.

Linear LED wall washers define circulation and parking zones, reduce dark spots, and provide consistent illumination without overwhelming the surrounding architecture.

A functional lighting solution that improves visibility, supports safety, and becomes part of the overall design language.
