Now we’ll tell you about our project in Dubai, located in the skyscraper FIVE LUXE JUMEIRAH.
Once, this bedroom was conceived in a language of luxurious materials: leather, walnut, gold, refined proportions, the Minotti aesthetic. Everything was impeccable. But one day it became clear - perfection does not always evoke feeling.
We moved away from obvious luxury in favor of depth. From pieces that speak loudly - to details you want to admire in silence.
Light and shadow here carry on an unhurried conversation. Inlaid walnut takes on an almost graphic quality, the fixtures from become sculptural, and the furniture from seems not to fill the room but to exist in it naturally, as an extension of the architecture.
And perhaps the most alive thing here is the hand-sculpted plaster - not a merely decorative element, but a memory of a summer garden, as if accidentally preserved on the wall.
And this is only the beginning of our journey in Dubai.

Когда-то эта спальня была построена на языке дорогих материалов: кожа, орех, золото, благородные пропорции, эстетика Minotti. Всё было безупречно. Но однажды стало ясно - совершенство не всегда рождает чувство.

As if someone carefully sliced a piece of rock and moved it into the interior.
Rough stone sits alongside plain oak - without any excess gloss or ostentatious luxury. That is precisely why the gold details sound so true. They don’t compete with nature - they simply catch the light.

Грубый камень соседствует с простым дубом - без лишнего лоска и демонстративной роскоши. И именно поэтому золото в деталях звучит так точно. Оно не спорит с природой, а лишь ловит свет.

That’s why we made this area feel more like a friends’ living room than an office cafeteria. Bold colors, sustainable materials, designer pieces - and no sense that you’re still at work.
This is probably what an office you’d want to build the future in looks like today.

Beige and grey interiors are gradually making way for bolder solutions. Increasingly, choices favor deep black tones, contrasting stone, and a graphic black‑and‑white palette - not because it’s fashionable, but because these interiors have character.

The Calacatta collection remains timeless and retains its relevance. In this layout option we propose cladding with 1.2 m–high panels topped by a decorative cornice band that divides the wall and gives the interior characteristic Art Deco traits.

Eduard Locota’s table is based on a 3D scan of Gian Lorenzo Bernini’s sculpture «The R**e of Proserpina». The artist extracted a key fragment of the classical masterpiece and transformed it into a functional work of art.

Digital technology meets traditional craftsmanship: the model is refined, moulds are created, and the piece is cast in durable Jesmonite. Each table is handcrafted, signed by the artist and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

In a dark‑dark house there is a dark‑dark bedroom. It feels as if a secret door must be hiding behind one of the walls.
These are the interiors you don’t simply observe, but unravel. Here half‑light becomes part of the concept; moldings and decorative plaster return depth to the space, and every object looks as if it has its own story.

The bed by , lighting by , accents from , and richly textured fabrics from - everything is assembled not for an impressive list of brands, but for a single sensation: a mystery that somehow feels peaceful.
And only the painting on the wall keeps throwing you off. It seems you only need to take one step - and you’ll find yourself on the other side, like Alice entering another world.

В тёмном‑тёмном доме есть тёмная‑тёмная спальня. И кажется, что за одной из стен обязательно скрывается потайная дверь.
Именно такие интерьеры хочется не рассматривать, а разгадывать. Здесь полумрак становится частью замысла; молдинги и декоративная штукатурка возвращают пространству глубину, а каждый предмет выглядит так, словно у него своя история.

Кровать , светильники , акценты , фактурные ткани - всё собрано не ради эффектного списка брендов, а ради одного ощущения: тайны, в которой неожиданно спокойно.
И только картина на стене всё время сбивает с толку. Кажется, стоит сделать шаг - и окажешься по ту сторону, словно Алиса, попавшая в другой мир.

Continuing our report from the Dubai project - the same striking FIVE LUXE JUMEIRAH. This time we are working on a girl’s room.

The base here is almost invisible: light wood, calm tones, natural light, and furniture with simple silhouettes.
Thanks to this, the room feels open and quiet.
Only then does the eye notice the details - the warm brass gleam on the pulls by , the soft upholstered pieces from .official, the delicate relief of the plasterwork, the texture of the wood, and the gentle contrast of materials.

We rarely aim to make a child’s room «childish.» It’s far more interesting to create an interior that will grow up with its owner - a space where you don’t have to change the room’s character every few years because it was conceived from the start not on trends, but on proportions, light, and the quality of materials.
Beauty, as a rule, is born this way - quietly, without unnecessary words.

Продолжаем репортаж о нашем проекте в Дубае - снова тот самый FIVE LUXE JUMEIRAH. В этот раз работаем над комнатой девочки.
Основа здесь почти незаметна: светлое дерево, спокойные оттенки, естественный свет, мебель с простыми силуэтами.
Благодаря этому комната кажется свободной и тихой. Лишь затем взгляд замечает детали - тёплый отблеск латуни на ручках от , мягкая мебель от .official, тонкий рельеф лепнины, фактуру дерева и мягкий контраст материалов.
