Sabet Antiques Today I must say my Book The Golden Age of The KPM is one of the kind and does not exist in any museum. It was, so to speak, “love at first sight”.

It might be said that I have only picked the flowers of others for this book, I merely supplied the band that ties them together. My fascination for this brief stylistic epoch (1888-1910) first surfaced when saw I the fan vase, which I hold in my hand in the illustration,at an antique fair. Thus, it was a wonderful experience when the collection was shown

in 1991, in a tastefully decorated exhibition in the dining room of the
Charlottenburg Palace in Berlin Germany.
