Who else is joining the Burn this year? 🔥
This year already feels different. So many people aren’t coming, while others are making the last-minute decision to be IN. It feels like one of those years where we’ll make lots of new connections and friendships and we’re SO excited. 😆✨
Even getting there has been an adventure. After the long trip from Houston, we missed our connection in Denver, got rerouted through Las Vegas to Reno, bought all our last-minute groceries and today we’re picking up our bikes. Now fingers crossed they let us take the bus we were supposed to be on yesterday. 😂
But that’s Burning Man.
Every year is completely different, and over the years I’ve learned to arrive without expectations, not even about the arrival itself.
The universe will get us there when we’re ready. Until then, we’re embracing the chaos, trusting the journey, and getting ready to hang with old friends, meet new ones, and fight the elements together. 🌪️🔥
