My first ever cooking workshop along with in Düsseldorf, Germany.

We had 3 vegetarian dishes from 3 different parts of India. A Paneer dish from North India, a Bengali dal and a coastal dish from Karnataka.

Tambuli - ತಂಬುಳಿ (ತಂಪು+ಹುಳಿ) huli = sambar. So, a cold/cool sambar native to coastal of Karnataka.
This dish is a staple at my home and we decided to introduce this humble dish to the participants.

Thanks to , I was able to share my passion for cooking with so many people :)

It was definitely a special experience to share so much about our food and culture with the Germans.
Looking forward to do more such workshops.
