Our home was filled with the most amazing aromas this morning 🧡
This sweet sourdough bagel variation was inspired by Brittany from 🤍

Flavored with cinnamon, cardamom, and mahleb, plus raisins soaked in orange juice 🍊
Light, gently chewy, fluffy, and beautifully aromatic.

Another Pandoro Morandin out of the mold… and broken again 🤍
Too airy, too light — a beautiful problem to have.

I sliced it while still warm.
I just had to taste it. I couldn’t resist.

Enriched with silky pastry cream and layered aromas of lime, orange, and lemon zest, finished with thyme honey and a cocoa butter emulsion.
Cloud-like in texture, deeply aromatic in character.

First bake of 2026.
Wolkig. Aromatic.
Food for all the senses.
