Gut gemacht!

Inserted in the doors ice plates helped this furniture to cool food. This is the predecessor of our refrigerator in times without electricity. Lovingly rebuilt by us, this beautiful piece is now good to use in the kitchen as a workstation or is seen here as a bar cabinet. Well done!

Schiff ahoi!

Ship ahoy!

We discovered these two boat lamps at the harbour in Italy. Brass and copper - what wonderful metal to glow with! One of them has taken a seat on a brake disc, the other has found a nice tripod as a base. Now they can both shine together.

Cheers to Carl-Zeiss-Jena!

This beautiful table comes from the factory in Thuringia. It was used there for a manufacturing process. With the help of the trapezoidal thread, the height of the table can be adjusted without the top moving. Here we have found one of the few pieces that are so perfect that we don't want to change anything. We are thrilled!

Jahrhunderts. This desk made of solid wood and wickerwork was manufactured by the "Thonet" company. It captivates with its optical lightness of foot, which refers to the bamboo that was very popular in the Midcentury. Here, the tabletop was veneered with burl wood, otherwise only solid wood and wickerwork were used. This piece was created in the 50s of the 20th century.

At the moment, we are creating beautiful plant objects as a nice complement to our furnishings. We are growing succulents in beautiful driftwood and roots, creating a piece of nature for the home. It is so much fun.
