Meet Hans Baumeister, the Head of Value Stream Order Fulfillment at Barthelme LED Solutions!
Since joining the Barthelme family in September 2025, Hans has been bringing his deep passion for supply chain management and production planning to our daily operations. He's a real gem! His strengths lie in making sure our products get to our customers on time, in the right quantity, and with the highest quality. 💡
In today's fast-paced market, his role comes with a tough balancing act: making sure things run smoothly and efficiently while staying flexible enough to handle the daily challenges and problems that come up. He's up for the challenge, and that's exactly what makes his work so inspiring.
What does he enjoy most about his job? It's all about human connections. Whether he's working with his team, helping his team grow, or finding solutions together when things go wrong, he values his team's input. 🤝
When the work week ends, Hans swaps the office for American football fields, groundhopping adventures, and family trips. 🏈⚽👨👩👧 On top of keeping busy with DIY projects around the house, he's absolutely devoted to his family.
