Ein neues Gesicht in unserem Team! 🤝 Wir freuen uns sehr, unsere neue Auszubildende bei Barthelme LED Solutions begrüßen zu dürfen. Für uns ist es eine schöne Premiere, da wir nun erstmals auch im kaufmännischen Bereich ausbilden.

Auf dem Foto sehen wir Hozan Sarbast (Mitte) gemeinsam mit ihrer Ausbilderin Evelyn Endner und Christian Lefebvre aus der Unternehmensführung.

Für Christian ist dieser Schritt ein echtes Anliegen: „Dass wir erstmals auch im kaufmännischen Bereich ausbilden, ist für mich ein echter Meilenstein. Damit investieren wir nicht nur in eine junge Kollegin, sondern ganz bewusst in die Zukunft unseres Unternehmens.“

Wir freuen uns auf die gemeinsame Zeit und wünschen unserer neuen Kollegin einen fantastischen Start in die Berufswelt! 🚀

Gemeinsam für den guten Zweck! 🤝😊

Im Rahmen von "Nürnberg in Aktion" haben wir zusammen mit Bürgerverein Nürnberg-Röthenbach e. V. das Haus Jolanda (Regens Wagner) besucht. Dort durften wir Menschen mit Hörschädigung dabei unterstützen, eine wunderschöne, beleuchtete Sonnenliege zu bauen.

Die besondere Challenge an diesem Tag: Kommunikation nur in Gebärdensprache! Es war eine großartige Erfahrung. Vielen Dank, dass wir bei diesem tollen Projekt helfen durften! 🫶
