OPERNTURM SIDE LOBBY | FRANKFURT

amaroo concept has created a new design for the side lobby of the OpernTurm in Frankfurt. The interior design conveys a modern yet tranquil first impression, emphasizing the architecture while framing the iconic view of the Alte Oper and Rothschildpark.

Using a combination of marble, wood, high-quality fabrics and elegant wall coverings, we have developed two design options - one more spacious and one more intimate - both of which reflect clarity, prestige and timeless elegance.

The sculptural light installation adds dynamism and movement, enriching the interior feel while making a distinctive statement on the facade facing the city. High-quality furniture complements the concept and supports the contemporary working culture of this well-known building in Frankfurt.

The lobby is more than just a passageway. It’s the first place where a positive impression is made.

Before visitors get to know the workplace and office floor, they first experience the building through its entrance area.

Designing a lobby means creating a lasting first impression and amaroo’s concept design team develops individual project for entire buildings: from the lobby to the roof terrace.

Wishing you a wonderful and creative start to the new year 2026. With amaroo concept we are beginning the year with exciting new projects in Hamburg and Frankfurt! Once again we very are grateful for the opportunity to develop, move forward and never stand still.

This year, we may offer more behind-the-scenes insights and share where we find our inspiration. It is especially when traveling that we discover small independent shops, unique design objects, and new furniture manufacturers—details that ultimately make each project unique.

In our latest projects we have created various different lounge areas where teams can relax and recharge.
With soft seating, warm lighting and a touch of colour, it’s the perfect place to take a break between meetings or find a quiet moment to reflect.
