AKVAVIT | named for the spirit of Scandinavia.

Our Akvavit Bar Cabinet finds a home in a light-filled Minneapolis loft, a city with one of the deepest Scandinavian roots in America. Here, Katie Sidenberg Interiors plays against type: exposed brick and raw industrial ceilings set the stage for a bold, maximalist mix, a burnt-orange rug, chartreuse accents, vivid abstract art and warm brass, all held together by generous natural light. Against that exuberance, the Akvavit offers a quiet counterpoint. Tucked into its arched niche, its oval silhouette of rhythmic wooden slats brings a moment of Nordic calm, and opens onto the ritual it was made for: the gathering, the toast, the coming together.

Some chairs travel well. This one just landed in Berlin.
Our Lykker Bar Chair, now pulled up to a new favourite counter.

Lykke is the Danish word for happiness, the quiet kind found in a good room and an unhurried evening. Against the concrete and warm backlit shelves of this new Berlin bar, the slatted back and solid frame of the Lykker feel exactly at home, built in sustainable wood to be sat on for years, not seasons.

Portuguese craft, Nordic soul.

The drive to sit down and create, now with a place for everything.
Meet the Orka Desk SV.

Orka is the Swedish word for the mental energy that pushes you to work, read and write, and this version gives that energy somewhere to live. A full-length shelf runs from one end to the other, divided into three compartments, while the dark interconnected profiles and contrasting woods still define its two sides. Crafted in sustainable birch plywood and built to last a lifetime.

Portuguese craft, Nordic soul.

About Sisu Dining Table...

The Finnish concept 'Sisu' fits perfectly to this table's description: determination and bravery even when success is against the odds. A 'U' shape holds this table together forming a dynamic and asymmetrical piece. Pair it with the Kyst, Lyre or Laengsel chairs for a complete Nordic dining experience.

Every day begins and ends at the same place.
Meet the Terskel Bench, our newest piece.

In Norwegian, terskel means threshold: the line at the door we cross every morning and every evening. It is where we slip on our shoes before the world, and where we take them off to finally be home. The Terskel Bench was designed for that quiet moment in between, with rhythmic slats, open storage and a soft upholstered seat to pause on.

Crafted from certified sustainable birch plywood with non-toxic finishes, made to last for generations.

Inspired by the breathtaking Icelandic landscape contrasts, Eyja Ottoman is a multifunctional piece that combines distinctive lounge aesthetics with the Scandinavian design universe. Following Længsel's design identity, this ottoman can be used as a complementary module for the Hygge Sofa, turning it into a chaise longue. It can also be used as a separate footrest or as a coffee table by simply removing the upholstered top.

Minimalist creased lines and a functional form rooted in Scandinavian architecture give the Kram Lounge Chair its quiet, sculptural presence. Shaped through sustainable joinery and precise wood cutting, each piece wastes the minnimum and leaves every curve intentional, an icon in the making rather than a passing statement.

Portuguese craft, Nordic soul.

Our passion for music and vintage vinyl sounds inspired us to create the Vespertine Vinyl Sideboard. With minimalist lines where function and form are in harmony.

The minimalist rectangular body and the characteristic Laengsel wooden slats are beautifully complemented by 3 sliding doors. It has space for a substantial vinyl collection, a stunning back cutout design, and a dedicated shelf for your amplifier.
