On Friday celebrated their 10-year anniversary with their annual Dessert dinner hosted together with and the team from .

Pictured is the first out of four servings, called Limoncello, plated on the 20 cm WING dish and accompanied by the Grand Prix spoon fork.

Limoncello-fromage with fermented cream and Tahitian vanilla, buttercream from browned butter, lemon cake, verbena pearls and sauce from green tea.
