Inspired by the intricate beauty of traditional Ghom rugs, our Ghom Silk Craft Collection tells a story that begins in a city just south of Tehran. Though Ghom’s rug-making history only began in the 1930s, it quickly earned a name for its incredible detail and creativity.

With no single tradition to follow, the weavers in Ghom have long drawn inspiration from a wide range of designs, sometimes combining patterns, sometimes reimagining them entirely. The result? Unique rugs with their own personality and charm, often woven in luxurious silk with knot densities that are nothing short of extraordinary.

Our Ghom Silk Craft collection pays homage to that legacy, reinterpreting it through modern weaving techniques. Made from high-quality modal viscose with over 2 million points per square meter, each rug is soft, elegant, and full of depth. A silk wash adds a subtle sheen, and real silk fringes complete the look.
