Custom wash station and interior finishing for a passenger ferry. Our work included the manufacture and installation of the wooden cabinetry, mirror surround, integrated storage units, and decorative wall elements, all produced to marine-grade standards.

The project combined clean modern design with durable materials suitable for intensive public use. Every component was built to withstand the demanding conditions of marine service while maintaining a refined appearance and seamless integration with the vessel’s interior architecture.

Another restaurant interior aboard a passenger ferry operating in the Baltic Sea. Our workshop manufactured and supplied custom furniture, partition units, shelving elements, and decorative joinery, all designed to meet the demanding requirements of marine environments.

The first stage of this project focuses on the fabrication of custom horn-type speaker enclosures, built strictly according to the sound engineer’s technical drawings. The корпуса are constructed from a combination of MDF and plywood, allowing for both structural stability and precise acoustic shaping. Even at this phase, the geometry of the horn is clearly defined, emphasizing the importance of accuracy in achieving the desired sound performance.

The finishing process has already begun, with layered paint application creating a deep, expressive gradient effect, followed by lacquer preparation for future polishing. Every surface is treated with care, as both acoustics and visual impact are critical in this design. This stage sets the foundation for the next steps, where refinement, high-gloss polishing, and final assembly will bring the project closer to its full presence in the interior space.

Each piece is carefully prepared, with clean lines and a balanced color scheme of deep blue and white, reflecting a classic nautical aesthetic. The controlled environment of the spray booth ensures an even, high-quality finish, which is essential for both durability and visual consistency in a maritime setting.

At this stage, attention is focused on surface quality, coating uniformity, and structural integrity before installation. These buoy-inspired forms are designed not only as decorative features but also as integral components of the restaurant’s thematic identity on the ferry.
