I'm so glad to provide two main products and other flexible events which we can discuss about the suitable ways to experience my homely food & tea culture from Taiwan.

-Dinner/Lunch party- 55 Euro/person
from a few dishes for a bigger group to such an elaborate dinner (minimum 6 people)

-Lunch boxes-16 Euro/box
(an order is minimum 6 boxes to maximum 10 boxes)

There was a wonderful team event party from one unicorn company last night. I heard a lot of laughter with funny jokes while cooking in the kitchen.
The atmosphere was so chill & happy.

The client who ordered 25 times for the parties, and some of the guests are kind of old friends for me. I prepared many new dishes this time to present the richness and diversity of Taiwanese cuisine.

And most of all, thank you to my client who gave me so many chances to present my Taiwanese food. It constantly inspires my passion for and desire to learn more about Taiwanese cuisine.

Estonia is well known for its IT innovation & start- up environment.
Estonia holds the highest density of unicorn companies per capita in the world. And my client hosted an Engineer Managers from well-known technology companies party last night!

It was the first time that the main topic was about AI in the tea ceremony. Usually I am the story teller at the tea ceremony, and I was so lucky to be in the audience.

Thank you to my client for giving me the chance to present my Taiwanese food at this special party where I learned a lot of from the guests’ sharing opinions.

There is a word called “Sakura Line” . 🌸
The line starts from the spring, it is usually February in Taiwan, and it is present now in Estonia. I design the Mt. Jade photo & the Formosan cherry to make a new style of the menu to bring new energy to the party.

It is my honor to hold this unicorn company for the team events from years ago. And I like to bring new elements to the party to present to the richness of Taiwanese food culture.

Goldfish dumpling

There are so many types of dumpling in Taiwan. Not only the meat or vegetable dumpling, but also many different shapes.

The filling of this goldfish dumpling is shrimp & pork and the colorings are from natural fruit powder.

Goldfish symbolize wealth and fulfillment in Taiwan. It brings the money & luck home. So there are a lot of goldfish sharps decorations in Taiwan.

Dear clients:
Big greetings to you for the coming Lunar New Year.🐎🧧🎉

I will fly home to Taiwan for 1.5 months. To get a reunion with my family & friends, and also to learn more about Taiwanese food.
The earliest order will be on 6th Apr. 2026.

If you would like to make an order after my Taiwan trip, it is welcome to let me know first. Then we can discuss the menu and I will have the chance to bring some special ingredients from Taiwan for the party.

Some of the guests had also joined the previous party so I prepared new dishes for them this time. And the new dish for me was “Ba Wan-Steamed Meatball” (清蒸肉圓).

For the soul-stirring sauce, I prepared two sauces, white rice sauce & red sauce. That was my favorite mixed sauce style in “Ba Wan”.

Most of the dishes were spicy. I used the spices such as fresh chili, dry chili, Sichuan peppercorns, White pepper, black pepper and spicy bean paste. And the “Pineapple Shrimp Balls” & “Broccoli Salad” helped balance the taste. It was a symphony full of spices.🌶️🎼

It was a warm & cozy dinner last night.
The weather recently in Estonia is snowing outside. The pleasant conversations and laughter inside of the house make me feel warm.

It was my honor to serve the Taiwanese Dinner for the same company for a team event last night. Thank you to my client who has invited me several times to present my Taiwanese food at his team event.

This time, I prepared the new dishes “Vegetarian Steamed Dumplings” (素蒸餃), “Crispy Salted King Oyster Mushroom” (鹽酥G-炸杏鮑菇) , “Cucumber King Oyster Mushroom” (黃瓜杏鮑菇捲) & "Fruit Mochi"(水果麻糬) to achieved the task of this party that we had vegetarian guests.

Thank you to all the guests who gave me lovely smiles & warm feedback. I think I had achieved the goal in my mind that every guest felt they all be taken care of.

Thank you for all the encouragement that let me go further on this snowy day.❄️🫶

Some of the guests have known each other over 25 years who were the representatives of Estonia to EU participant events.
It was a cozy & lovely party last night where guests discussed old memories & recent situations. I think that to be the national representative is a remarkable thing in life.

In the tea ceremony, one of the guests told me that he doesn’t like coriander at all, but with the dish “Deep Fried Noodle Roll with Shrimp in Spicy Numbing Sauce” (椒麻金絲龍鬚蝦) in which dish sauce had the coriander inside. He loved the sauce a lot.
I think this could be one of the unforgettable things in my catering memories.

Thank you to my client who invited me to join this wonderful party with my Taiwanese food. Thank you to all the guests who gave me a lot of warm feedback.

Your happy smiles make the weather in winter Estonia not that cold.
