Behind the scenes moments from our photoshoot with LUMIA for Diivan magazine Kodus.ee, featuring the lighting installation we designed and produced for .
Our custom installation was created in close harmony with the architectural and interior concept, architecture by Jane Teresk, interiors by Margit Aule and Viktoria Ugur.
Designed by Tõnis Vellama, the piece follows the building’s spatial flow, maintaining a sense of lightness and airiness. In the atrium, cascading cables and matte glass spheres form a dynamic composition, reminiscent of wind, snowfall, or a tree canopy.
Special thanks to Anu Lõhmus for the collaboration and Terje Ugandi for capturing the atmosphere so precisely. Looking forward to sharing the final images soon!

We installed and produced a custom light curtain and lighting fixtures for Kaubamaja. This playful and unique solution was developed together with the talented Ines Haak and Ace of Space, and we are so happy that the installation took place on their company’s 12-year anniversary! The light curtain, with fabric by Aknakate OÜ, sets the mood, adds atmosphere, and gently directs attention where it matters the most! We are so grateful for the opportunity to bring this concept to life and be part of such a beautiful project!

Details are everything at SEOS! Our airy Lucerna chandelier is inspired by historical candelabras but reimagined with a modern construction.
Glass profile “candles” are supported by delicate brass details, while transparent cables hang freely, forming the soft silhouette of this sculptural light fixture. The white finish with brass brings an ethereal feel that makes the chandelier truly pop!

A beautiful home entrance in soft tones, decorated with our Noble 8.3 chandelier.
The Noble chandelier is a classic model that works perfectly in both modern and classical interiors, offering many installation options to suit different needs and visions.

Our Bloss pendant is an exciting solution if the classic chandelier shape isn’t what you prefer. Bloss is a striking lighting fixture that can be combined in branch-like elements, creating different patterns. This allows the design and the size of the lighting installation to grow endlessly, offering limitless possibilities.
In this project, interior designer chose a minimalist single Bloss branch. The leaf was custom toned precisely to the client’s wishes, ensuring it harmonises perfectly with the kitchen.

The new Tallinna Ettevõtlusinkubaator building at Poldri 3/1 has reached its final stage!
We’re truly grateful that we were part of creating and bringing light to these architecturally beautiful spaces through our lighting installation. Being involved in a project where even real-life photos of the final result look like 3D visualisations is an incredibly proud and rewarding feeling.
We’re so thankful to Tallinn Business Incubator and LUMIA for trusting us and believing in our vision, it’s a pleasure to collaborate and create something truly meaningful together!

There are interiors where we have restored old light fixtures, giving them a completely new life, like in the lobbies of Volta Quarter by Endover Kinnisvara.
Soft, luxurious tones surrounding these lights let them keep shining in their renewed look.

We’re grateful to have been selected to create the lighting installation for the new Tallinn Business Incubator building, designed in collaboration with LUMIA. Installing it during the Christmas season made the experience even more meaningful. We are thankful for inspiring projects like this and excited for new projects and collaborations next year!

Timeless wall lamp from the Lucerna collection Endover Kinnisvara Volta Gallery Lofts.�The model in this spacious city home is shown with a copper finish, which highlights the warm tones and classic character of the lamp.
We have produced the lamp in several variations - from white finishes to darker, aged tones, allowing it to be customized to suit different spaces.
