مشروع مجمع الإسكندرية ميروزا السكني
نحن فخورون بعرض أحد مشاريعنا الحديثة في مجمع الاسكندرية الصحراوي في مجمع ميروزا السكني. خضع هذا العقار لسلسلة من التعديلات الداخلية التي تم تصميمها وفقًا لرؤية المالك، مما أوجد مساحة معيشية عصرية ومتجددة. مع هذه التعديلات، واجهنا تحديًا في تعديل النوافذ لتناسب التصميم الجديد بسلاسة.
للتعامل مع هذا التحدي، قمنا بتصميم وتنفيذ واجهة جديدة تمامًا تعزز من الجماليات والوظيفية للمبنى. نجاح هذا المشروع هو شهادة على التزامنا بالجودة والدقة في العمل.
أبرز الميزات:
إعادة تصميم الواجهة: تم بناء واجهة جديدة تمامًا باستخدام الخرسانة مسبقة الصب (GRC) لضمان المتانة والأناقة.
المواد الخارجية والداخلية: تم تكسية الجدران بأ bricks سرناغا الممتازة، مما يضيف جمالاً وقوة. تم اختيار نوافذ الألومنيوم المعزولة عن الصوت بعناية لتناسب المظهر الفاخر وتقليل الضوضاء.
النوافذ الموسعة: تم توسيع النوافذ وتزويدها بمقابض زجاجية أنيقة، مما يتيح للمقيمين الاستمتاع بإطلالات بانورامية على البيئة الهادئة والخلابة للمجمع السكني.
الاهتمام بالتفاصيل: تم تصميم الحواجز الداخلية بشكل احترافي لتكمل التصميم العام، مما يوفر مساحة أنيقة وعملية.

Transforming Spaces: Alexandria Mirosa Residential Project
We're proud to showcase one of our recent projects at the Alexandria desert entrance in the Mirosa residential complex. This property underwent a series of internal modifications tailored to the owner's vision, creating a fresh, modern living space. With these changes, we faced the challenge of adjusting the windows to fit seamlessly with the new layout.
To address this, we designed and implemented a completely new façade that enhances both the aesthetics and functionality of the building. The project’s success is a testament to our commitment to quality and precision.
Key Features:
Facade Redesign: A completely new façade constructed using high-quality precast concrete (GRC) to ensure durability and elegance.
Exterior & Interior Materials: Walls finished with premium Surnaga bricks, providing both beauty and strength. Sound-proof aluminum windows were carefully selected for their luxurious appearance and noise reduction properties.
Expanded Windows: The windows were expanded and fitted with stylish glass handles, allowing residents to enjoy panoramic views of the serene and picturesque surroundings of the residential complex.
Attention to Detail: Internal partitions were expertly crafted to complement the overall design, providing a sleek, functional space.
