A development shaped around more than a building — 5B is designed as a complete urban destination.

Located in New Damietta, the mixed-use project brings together retail, business, residential, and community spaces, organized around a landscaped promenade that connects the different components of the development.

The architectural language combines dynamic volumes, flowing lines, terraces, and integrated green spaces to create a strong identity while supporting a vibrant, pedestrian-focused environment.

In this walkthrough, explore 5B from the overall master plan to every interior and exterior space — and see how architecture, function, and movement come together to shape the project.

One building. Different uses. One cohesive experience.

For this mixed-use development in New Damietta, every transition has been carefully considered — from circulation and access to the way each function connects with the overall façade.

The result is a contemporary architectural language that brings different uses together seamlessly, while giving the development a clear and distinctive identity.

Because good mixed-use design isn’t just about bringing functions together. It’s about making them work together.

Great architecture is a process of refinement.

We developed this mixed-use proposal sequentially—translating an initial footprint into balanced volumes, floor stratifications, and finally, rich tactile materials and green spaces.

Every project starts with an idea, but the interesting part is seeing how that idea takes shape.

For this mixed-use project, we explored the form step by step — starting with the buildable area, developing the volumes, introducing the floor divisions, and gradually adding the architectural details, materials, terraces, and landscape.

A simple volume, carefully developed into a complete architectural language.
