Origin Consulting Engineering is the consultant responsible for designing the mixed-use MFFCO Tower in the New Administrative Capital. The project includes 4 basement parking floors, 3 commercial floors, and 10 office floors. The design balances administrative calm with the energetic nature of cafés, restaurants, and retail areas. The tower features a sleek modern façade that reflects elegance and aligns with the city’s futuristic character. The building also carries a visual identity that highlights MFFCO Helwan’s long heritage in premium Egyptian furniture.

مكتب Origin Consulting Engineering هو الجهة المسؤولة عن تصميم مشروع برج MFFCO في العاصمة الإدارية الجديدة. يتكون المشروع من ٤ طوابق جراجات تحت الأرض و٣ طوابق تجارية و١٠ طوابق مكاتب. يوازن التصميم بين الهدوء المطلوب للمساحات الإدارية والطابع الحيوي للمقاهي والمطاعم والأنشطة التجارية. يتميز البرج بواجهة حديثة أنيقة تعكس روح المدينة المستقبلية. كما يحمل التصميم هوية مرتبطة بتاريخ شركة MFFCO Helwan العريق في صناعة الأثاث المصري.
