Office Admin
to oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly. Provide support to staff and management, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings. Manage communication channels, such as phone calls and emails.
Requirements:
· A Degree in business administration or a relevant field is preferred.
· +3 years’ experience in administrative responsibilities preferably in an architectural atmosphere
· Familiar with office technology, equipment and Microsoft Office
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
· Fluent in English.
· Proactive, organized approach to multitasking.
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
· Professional appearance, courteous manner.
