From there it spread its vibes of success around the globe starting by opening the first offi ce outside Egypt in Abu Dhabi, the capital city of the UAE, in 1987 and in 1990 opened another o ffice in Sharjah, another city in the UAE. During this period of time EKCG group created a strong & wide portfolio of various projects, including sky scrapers, hotels, residential apartments, shopping malls,
etc. The group then started a new phase in its business journey as they partnered with one of the UK’s famous architectural fi rms “James Cubitt and Partners” in 1995. The group also joined with the Italian architecture Serazdiko Stevo and created “Sultan Decore”, a rm that socializes in interior design and décor. EKCG's second exposure to the European market was in 2001 with the establishment of an interior design firm in Paris, France; and again dazzled the industry urging some very big names to unite with it such as Roche Bobois, Magade and Ehalt & (G+A). From our experience and exposure to diff erent cultures and tastes, we derived our formula or “code of success”. In EKCG group
