Cara Janelle made these beautiful plates, which were repaired by .gold. This serendipitous collaboration begins with a charity auction. In addition to receiving this beautiful one-of-a-kind plates, the winner can select among the following charities for the full auction price to go to:
World Central Kitchen: Immediately serving chef-prepared meals to communities impacted by natural disasters and during prolonged humanitarian crises.
The repair is done using a modern kintsugi method and uses real 24k gold. A non-toxic sealant was applied, making the repair food safe. Please note: we highly discourage dishwasher, oven, and microwave use. Gentle hand wash only and towel dry.

Winning bid total is exclusive of shipping, which will be added to the winning bid at a flat rate of €70EUR for international shipping and €50EUR for local Canadian shipping.
