Inspired by the sleek elegance of a luxury yacht, Villa Atalaya transforms contemporary living into an architectural experience defined by fluid lines, expansive horizons, and timeless sophistication.

Located in Sant Quirze del Vallès, Barcelona, the residence is composed of two intersecting volumes that form an “L”-shaped layout, maximizing privacy, natural light, and the connection between architecture and landscape. Its strong horizontal expression, sculpted cantilevers, and floor-to-ceiling glazing echo the refined language of superyacht design, creating a seamless dialogue between indoor and outdoor living.

Designed to embrace its surroundings, the villa opens towards the garden and swimming pool while preserving privacy and offering uninterrupted views. Every detail has been carefully crafted to deliver comfort, exclusivity, and a lifestyle inspired by the freedom and elegance of life at sea.

Located in the hills of Caldes d’Estrac, this contemporary villa is defined by the peculiar geometry of its plot, a condition that has guided a precise architectural response focused on orientation, privacy, and maximum integration with the Mediterranean landscape.

The design is developed through clean lines, open volumes, and expansive glazing, creating a continuous relationship between interior spaces and the surrounding environment, where natural light and views become essential elements of daily living.

The residence offers 3 bedrooms, including a calm and private master suite, complemented by a garage, a private swimming pool, and outdoor areas designed for comfort, leisure, and understated luxury.

Holistic Center – Mexico

The Holistic Center is inspired by the region’s traditional handcrafted lamps, reinterpreting their warm light filtration and material sensitivity as the foundation of the architectural language. These references are translated into permeable building skins that transform natural light into soft, atmospheric conditions, creating a sensory experience deeply connected to the surrounding landscape.

The project is immersed in nature, where the volumes emerge among the trees, evoking the protective essence of bird nests. The buildings are wrapped in lightweight membranes that generate microclimates and enhance environmental comfort, while aerial connections link the different elements, creating a fluid and dynamic spatial experience.

The program includes a double-height common space for gathering and shared experiences, a meeting room for private and professional use, a large hospitality and dining area with restaurants, bars, terraces and private zones, and a spa conceived as the core of wellbeing. This wellness center integrates practices such as yoga (Hatha, Kundalini, Power and Restorative), Ayurveda, temazcal rituals, and spiritual regression therapies, combined with advanced technologies including stem cell treatments, ozone therapy, hyperbaric chambers, infrared saunas, intravenous vitamin complexes, bioscanners, and AI-based preventive health diagnostics.

The rooftops are designed as open spaces for contemplation and recreation, adapting to different user needs and activities. The entire complex follows a bioclimatic approach, reducing energy consumption and reinforcing its integration with the natural ecosystem.

The Holistic Center becomes a balanced environment where tradition, technology, and nature converge, offering a holistic experience that connects physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.

We’re proud to share that our project “Wellness Clinic & Holistic Center, La Peregrina (Mérida, Mexico)” has been awarded PLATINUM WINNER at the IADA Awards 2026 in Healthcare & Medical Facility Design.

Inspired by the protective and organic form of bird nests, the project is conceived as a sanctuary in nature—where architecture blends seamlessly with the landscape. Volumes emerge among the trees, wrapped in permeable skins that create natural microclimates and a calm, sensory atmosphere, while elevated walkways connect spaces with lightness and flow.

Designed to balance wellness, contemplation, and functionality, the center integrates hospitality areas, flexible spaces for community and meditation, and a spa at its core—dedicated to holistic practices such as yoga and mind–body healing.

Combining advanced therapies with ancestral wisdom, and guided by strong bioclimatic principles, the project becomes a living extension of its environment—sustainable, immersive, and deeply connected to nature.

DNA presents construction progress of “The Waves, Santa Eulalia, Ibiza” 🌊✨

An exclusive project developed for that redefines Mediterranean living:
100 apartments with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms in a residential setting of over 12,000 m², just 100 meters from the turquoise sea and only 10 minutes from the center of Ibiza.

Located in Santa Eulalia, one of the most sought-after areas of the island, this development combines a strategic location with privacy and a strong connection to its surroundings: restaurants, the beach, and the commercial area are all within walking distance.

Inspired by nautical character, naval architecture, and the natural movement of waves, “The Waves” emerges as a new architectural icon in Ibiza. Its fluid forms evoke the language of the sea and the hull of a vessel, where the dynamic lines of the balconies convey movement, lightness, and elegance against the calmness of the environment.

The architecture blends seamlessly with nature, creating an oasis within the complex:
a large central swimming pool, landscaped gardens, relaxation areas, and spaces designed to enjoy Ibiza’s privileged climate all year round.

The interiors have been designed to maximize light and views:
large panoramic windows, natural materials, clean lines, and a palette of whites and earthy tones that enhance the serenity of the space. Each home opens to the exterior, offering spaciousness, privacy, and a constant connection with the landscape.

The complex is completed with premium amenities:
sauna, hammam, gym with sea views, green areas, walkways, and wellness spaces, as well as parking and storage rooms for maximum convenience.
