Its yacht-inspired geometry engages in a dialogue with the coastline through fluid forms, open terraces, and an architectural language designed to embrace the sea, natural light, and the horizon.

A project where context becomes the driving force behind the design, transforming the essence of the Costa Brava into a contemporary, organic, and timeless architecture.

Inspired by the sleek elegance of a luxury yacht, Villa Atalaya transforms contemporary living into an architectural experience defined by fluid lines, expansive horizons, and timeless sophistication.

Located in Sant Quirze del Vallès, Barcelona, the residence is composed of two intersecting volumes that form an “L”-shaped layout, maximizing privacy, natural light, and the connection between architecture and landscape. Its strong horizontal expression, sculpted cantilevers, and floor-to-ceiling glazing echo the refined language of superyacht design, creating a seamless dialogue between indoor and outdoor living.

Designed to embrace its surroundings, the villa opens towards the garden and swimming pool while preserving privacy and offering uninterrupted views. Every detail has been carefully crafted to deliver comfort, exclusivity, and a lifestyle inspired by the freedom and elegance of life at sea.
