A free morning in spring.
Walking through a rose field.
Taking time to stop, observe and smell the flowers.
Choosing a few stems to bring home.
Laughing along the way.

The luxury of having time.
Time for beauty.
Time for leisure.
Time for contemplation.

Flowers have always reminded me that not everything needs a purpose beyond simple enjoyment.

And maybe that’s enough

Working with flowers can be incredible calming, until it isn’t.

I’m learning that creativity needs rest and moments. Moments where inspiration comes from living instead producing.
