At primary school in Bredon, Gloucestershire I teamed up with another budding artist in scaling up Disney characters to sell to friends. Art class was always a ‘happy’ place and I was lucky enough to be taught and inspired by the highly acclaimed Scottish landscape artist James Harrigan who continues to exhibit widely. Other decorative art influences were the ground breaking work of Annie Sloane and Jocasta Innes in the early 1990’s, I truly believe anything can be bought back to life with passion and paint! After University in Glasgow I worked in retail management for C&A and then married my husband Joe Bayley who just happens to be a successful Kitchen Designer! We have lived and worked on the Costa del Sol for nearly 30 years with Joe designing kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms. And me? Painting, painting and painting………
