Hola, I’m Agnieszka and I am a mosaic artist.
I work with natural stone, glass and marble, cutting and placing each piece by hand, one fragment at a time.
I didn’t get into mosaic because it’s easy or efficient.
It’s actually the opposite.
It’s slow, repetitive, and sometimes, frustrating. It takes a lot of patience and attention. And that’s exactly why I keep coming back to it.
I used to work in a world where everything was about speed, output, deadlines, and constant pressure. And at some point I realised… I don’t want my life to feel like that.
Mosaic gives me a different rhythm.
It forces me to slow down, to focus on one small piece at a time, to be present with what I’m doing.
It’s not polished or perfect. My pieces are made by hand, one fragment at a time, and you can feel that in them. That’s the whole point.
I’m not interested in the rat race anymore.
I’m interested in doing work I actually care about, in a way that feels calm, meaningful, and sustainable.
I want to create things that bring that feeling into people’s homes too, something that makes you pause for a second, breathe a bit deeper, and remember that not everything has to be rushed.
