Rip out and demolition work complete - Day one of this project that we’re proud to be bringing to life, this place has earned its place on the Magaluf map and we’re happy to be giving it the new look it well and truly deserves.

Been a long 6 months (should of been 12) but we got there in the end and this home is now a remarkable home in the the Bendinat skyline.

Now that’s what we call perfection. Complete infinity pool rebuild from the ground up.
Ocean views from the pool makes this my favourite pool of all the pools we’ve created in Mallorca.
Now on to the 6 bathrooms and exterior terraces.

Bendinat project moving forward nicely, even when the pool has to be water tested and you’ve still got a bit of grouting to do under the fiolas.
It’s all about adapting and using what you have on site.
Insulation floats are the way forward.

When you have a great Client that allows you to put your touch on there home and trusts you enough to give you free reigns to create there dream home. Looking forward to finishing this project this week and handing the keys back to another happy client. photos to follow this week.
