Lauantaina 31.10.2026 vietämme Toikan myymälässä päivää villan, blendauksen ja kehruun parissa.
Tapahtumaan osallistuminen ja välineiden kokeileminen on maksutonta. Lisäksi myymälämme palvelee tuolloin toki myös muista tekniikoista kiinnostuneita.

Ota omat välineesi mukaan – myös rukin saa toki tuoda – ja tule viettämään päivää villan parissa muiden kanssa. Jos tekniikat ovat sinulle vieraita, myymälässämme pääset kokeilemaan myös erilaisia välineitä. 🧶

Mari Heikkilä ohjaa päivän aikana kaksi maksullista BLENDAUS-PAJAA, jotka sisältävät tarvittavat tarvikkeet ja materiaalit:

WELCOME TO TOIKA’S BLENDING-THEMED CRAFT SATURDAY! 🐑💛

On Saturday, 31 October 2026, we will spend the day exploring wool, fibre blending and spinning at the Toika store.

The event and the opportunity to try the tools are free of charge. Only the guided fibre-blending workshops have a separate fee.

Bring your own tools and enjoy making together. If the techniques are new to you, you can also try a variety of tools at our store. 🧶

Mari Heikkilä will lead two paid FIBRE-BLENDING WORKSHOPS. All the necessary supplies and materials are included:

A selection of Marilta wool will also be available. 🌈

You can also shop for supplies for our other craft techniques. Many of you have asked for weekend opening hours, and our Craft Saturdays are our way of answering that wish. 💛

Welcome to our Rya Jewellery Workshop on Saturday, 17 October 2026, from 10 am to 2 pm! The workshop is organised in collaboration with Suomen Käsityön Ystävät ry.

In this relaxed workshop, you will discover the traditional Finnish rya technique and create your own small piece of rya jewellery. You will learn how to sew rya knots onto a canvas base and also get to know the work of Suomen Käsityön Ystävät.

No previous experience is needed – come and enjoy trying a new craft technique! 🧶
