Chocolate truffles inspired by French & Belgian artisanal traditions. What makes us different?

We specialise in a technique called hand-dipped enrobed truffles that gives our chocolates a rustic look. And we create a small but very tailored chocolate collection for every new season. If you are looking for a specific present or a wedding box, we can craft a selection of truffles just for you. But we believe that the best flavours come from seasonal products and fine-tuned our pralines to evolve with the time.

A glimpse of June Evening before it became a praline.

When I made these photographs, it was the beginning of June.

The recipe was still becoming June Evening.

The chocolate hadn't covered the ganache yet, and the cherry gel was waiting for its final layer. It was one of those quiet moments that disappear as soon as the next step begins.

Now it's the middle of July.

The praline is finished, June has already slipped into memory, and these photographs have become something different. They are a small glimpse of what usually remains unseen—the moment just before a recipe becomes a confection.

June Evening was never meant to be just a cherry praline.

It was always meant to capture a summer evening.

Raspberry is one of them.

Soft marshmallows, made with raspberry purée, taste a little like the beginning of summer holidays—when bowls of berries stood on the kitchen table and nobody counted how many you ate.

Some memories don't come back as pictures.
Sometimes they come back as flavours.
