🎃🐕 Life these days... 🍂🪾

I’ve spent a lot of time woodburning this week, but I can’t always show what I make — at least, not right away — so I haven’t been posting much on social media.

My life is quite simple (unlike my mind 😆): working while listening to a good audiobook (any recommendations?), walking or running with the dogs, a bit of yoga, cooking autumnal foods, and quiet evenings with my significant other...

Sometimes, I wish I could share the beauty of my everyday life. I’ve been asked to show my studio, for example, but the truth is, it doesn’t look like much. It’s just a small IKEA table tucked into the corner of a cluttered office. Same goes for me: I wear old sweatpants every day and always have messy hair (thanks to the humidity...).

I wish a photo could convey how things feel rather than how they look; wouldn't that be great...

As someone who loves beautiful things, a part of me wishes things were different. I dream of having a beautiful studio, a warm space filled with wood, where every little detail feels intentionally beautiful. But that’s a project for another time.

For now, I’m bracing myself for tonight’s first snow flurries and the holiday rush that will be here before I know it... ❄️
