George Washington's new wallpaper - installed by French expert wallpaper installer Fouassier as part of a team of restoration specialists at the first American president's Mount Vernon () home.

The wallpaper design, Emerson Arabesque, a block-printed pattern originally by French wallpaper company Réveillon / Jacquemart et Bénardmade dated to the 1790s, is now made by New York based Adelphi Paper Hangings ().

Laur Meyrieux’s collection of wallpapers is based on her original hand-painted designs influenced by shibori, a Japanese tie-dye technique and available in several formats from panoramics to domino sheets.

Highlighting elite French craftsmanship, Fouassier Interiors will feature with Business France in the Bespoke area of the French Art of Making pavilion on Stand 145.
