Hi, French bureaucracy is notoriously difficult and it is. Employment rules require you to get a number to practice nearly anything that gets you paid! You cannot just say you are self-employed and do anything!!!! Yes even banging a nail in a wall would require one of these numbers.
SO

I offer a more personalised service producing hand crafted drawings but backed with use of CAD.
I have 40 years experience in private practice and as a teacher in UK universities. Small domestic projects to large scale masterplanning.
Full design service from Client briefing to final hand over. Planning applications, building permits, site supervision.
