Confolens, named for its location at the confluence of the Vienne and Goire rivers, is our market town, just a 15-minute drive from the farmhouse. There are many incredible examples of medieval architecture in this beautiful town, and one of the most spectacular is the bridge in the distance called the Pont Vieux, which dates back to the 13th century 🇫🇷
