We're proud to share that Novy Undercover has been nominated for the Product Made in West-Vlaanderen Award 2026.

What looks like a seamless worktop hides years of research, engineering, testing and collaboration. Novy Undercover was created to redefine the relationship between kitchen architecture and cooking technology, making the cooking zone disappear when not in use.

This nomination is a recognition of the innovative spirit that drives Novy and the dedication of the many colleagues, partners and customers who contributed to bringing this product to life.

Public voting is now open until November 8 and accounts for 50% of the final result.

As we say in West Flanders: We zin preus! 😊

From tall pots to a low grill plate, different ways of cooking call for extraction at different heights.👌

With Novy Panorama Matte Line, you can raise or lower the extraction tower to position it closer to where cooking vapours are released. This helps capture them directly at the source, combining powerful performance with the quiet operation Novy is known for.

After cooking, the tower retracts smoothly into the hob, returning discreetly out of sight.

The best design doesn't demand attention. It earns it.
That's exactly why Novy Undercover has found a permanent home at Cosentino City Amsterdam.

Hidden beneath the Dekton surface, it transforms the kitchen into a clean architectural statement, where technology only appears when needed. In this setting, it could easily be mistaken for a piece of contemporary art.
Until it's switched on.
Beautifully understated. Effortlessly functional.

If you're visiting Amsterdam, step inside and discover how Novy Undercover redefines the relationship between design, space and cooking.
We'd love to welcome you at Cosentino Amsterdam, Van Baerlestraat 39.

Some of the best design choices are the ones that know when to disappear.

Novy Panorama Matte Line brings together a refined matt black finish, semi-transparent glass and an extractor that rises smoothly from the hob when you need it, then slips out of sight when you don’t. The result is an elegant, understated presence that complements the kitchen without interrupting the view. 💛

Matte black that’s made for everyday cooking.

The refined matte glass of the Novy Panorama Matte Line doesn’t just give your kitchen an elegant look. Its practical finish makes fingerprints and minor scratches less noticeable, helping your hob maintain its well-kept appearance for longer.

It’s a finish that combines an elegant matte look with the practicality you’ll appreciate every day.

Yesterday afternoon, we welcomed second-year Marketing students from Arteveldehogeschool to Novy in Kuurne.

During a tour of our site, they got a behind-the-scenes look at what makes Novy who we are today: a proud Belgian company driven by craftsmanship, innovation and teamwork.

Our marketing team also shared the story behind the brand and offered a glimpse into the many facets of marketing within an international company.

Thank you all for the great turnout and the curiosity you brought to the afternoon. It was a pleasure to meet so many future marketers.

And who knows... maybe we'll see some of you back at Novy for an internship in the future. 😉

Powerful extraction, right where you need it.

The adjustable extraction tower of the Novy Panorama Matte Line lets you position the extraction close to your pots and pans, capturing cooking vapours right at the source. Raise it when cooking with taller pots or lower it when using a grill plate.

The result? Powerful extraction tailored to the way you cook, while remaining pleasantly quiet. And when you’re done, the extraction tower disappears neatly out of sight.

Powerful extraction. Pleasantly quiet. 🤫

🚀 The Novy Rocket Award has made its way to the offices!

A big congratulations to Patricia, our Q2 Rocket Award winner!

Patricia noticed that emergency numbers were not displayed in the offices and suggested making them clearly available. A simple but important improvement that helps make our workplace safer for everyone.

Because safety matters everywhere, from the production floor to our offices. And sometimes, all it takes is a pair of observant eyes to make a difference.

Thank you, Patricia, for helping us keep safety top of mind! And of course, a win like this calls for a little celebration with the team. 👏

Design that stands out without taking centre stage.

With Novy Panorama Matte Line, the iconic Panorama design takes on a refined matte black finish. The extractor rises only when needed and disappears seamlessly from view once the cooking is done.

Semi-transparent glass gives the design a light, elegant feel, while the adjustable extraction tower adapts to what’s cooking on the hob. The result is a considered balance of functionality, visual calm and uninterrupted views across the kitchen.
