Beyond our Horizons : de Tokyo à Paris.

Après son succès à Tokyo, l’exposition « Beyond our Horizons » revient à 𝘭𝘢 Galerie 𝘥𝘶 19M Paris/Aubervilliers en 2026.

Une belle occasion pour découvrir notre collaboration avec et l’artiste japonais Fujita Gasodo. Chaque bouquet brodé illustre une des soixante-douze micro-saisons japonaises. L’organza coloré travaillé par l'Atelier Montex est souligné de perles de porcelaine et de fi ls de soie brodés main par Lesage Intérieurs. Ensemble, ils viennent orner 8 grands Shoji.

Beyond our Horizons: from Tokyo to Paris.

Following its success in Tokyo, the exhibition ‘Beyond our Horizons’ returns to the 19M Paris/Aubervilliers Gallery in 2026.

This is a wonderful opportunity to discover our collaboration with and Japanese artist Fujita Gasodo. Each embroidered bouquet illustrates one of Japan's seventy-two micro-seasons. The colourful organza crafted by Atelier Montex is embellished with porcelain beads and silk threads hand-embroidered by Lesage Intérieurs. Together, they adorn eight large Shoji screens.

Lesage Intérieurs is delighted to present its first tapestry, À Quatre Mains, a collaboration with .

On view at curated by until January 30th, the rug enters the world of Jean-Michel Frank and Christian Bérard—both devoted lovers of textiles and savoir-faire.

It all begins with a handwoven silk carpet, crafted by the master weavers of . The surface is sculpted by hand to form an oval shape and a Greek fret border frame, creating recesses where the embroiderers of Lesage Intérieurs bring their extraordinary savoir-faire to life.

Raffia, verdigris-dyed wooden beads, bone beads, and linen appliqués play with light and shadow. In the brightest areas, bone beads catch the light and connect seamlessly with the silk ground.

Each motif is unique, yet the composition flows as one harmonious design—a dialogue between structure and freedom, precision and creativity.

À Quatre Mains is a celebration of craft, movement, and light. Woven and embroidered entirely by hand.

Lesage Intérieurs is delighted to take part in the second chapter of Period Rooms of the Future, an exhibition by , presented during Paris Design Week.

Set within the universe of Jean-Michel Frank and Christian Bérard, the installation revisits the savoir-faire of Lesage Intérieurs.
Spanning from a hand-embroidered velvet headboard for 's Teddy Bed to an embroidered textile fresco, created for the French Ambassador’s Office in Egypt by .architecture , the installation underscores the enduring savoir-fair of Lesage textile craftsmanship.

A l’occasion de la vente aux enchères organisée par l’association La Source en soutien aux enfants et aux jeunes en difficulté, Jean-François Lesage, directeur artistique de Lesage Intérieurs, a repensé un tabouret iconique de Jean Prouvé, brodé par les artisans de Lesage Intérieurs. La vente aux enchères s’est déroulée le 15 décembre à Paris

Les mystérieuses broderies du petit guéridon orange.

Empruntées à l’antiquité romaine, ce sont trois étranges mains votives, toutes différentes, pointées vers le ciel, qui semblent soutenir le plateau, comme l’on ferait tourner un disque en équilibre fragile au bout d’un doigt, le plateau lui, illustre en broderie, la fable d’Aesope, le lion et la mouche, qui célèbre la Victoire de la fragilité et de l’intelligence sur la force, mais attention à l'arrogance, la mouche pourtant agile et rapide, tout à coup, elle aussi aveuglée par l’orgueil, termine son vol glorieux, piégée par une toile d’araignée qu’elle n’a pas su voir.

C’est donc du génie de la main, de sensibilité et d’humilité quil s’agit ici.
Les brodeurs ont su rendre avec brio toute l’illusion des gravures anciennes, les hachures sont tracées au fil de métal, les pleins et les déliés s’étirent le long des broderies de canetilles mates ou brillantes, la broderie s’arrête, disparaît et court à nouveau sur le tissu, de minuscules perles imitent par endroit l’épaisseur de l encre, il faut presque une loupe pour laisser l’œil se promener dans cet univers brodé de l’étrange et du minuscule.

Symboles ésotériques, trompe l’œil poétiques, patience et virtuosité technique, magie du travail à la main, se sont donnés rendez vous pour donner vie aux mystérieuses broderies du petit guéridon orange.

CHANEL and 𝘭𝘦19M are bringing the Galerie du 19M to Japan, in a cultural space open to all.

To mark the opening of the 19M Gallery in Tokyo, here are some images of our collaboration with Ateliers Montex and Japanese artist Fujita Gasodo. Each floral bouquet illustrates one of Japan’s seventy-two micro-seasons.
The colourful organza crafted by Ateliers Montex is embellished with porcelain beads and silk threads hand-embroidered by Lesage Intérieurs.
Together, they adorn eight large Shoji screens.
From Sept 30 to October 20th. Mori Tower, Tokyo.

After Tokyo, the Galerie du 19M in Paris will host a new chapter of this encounter between France and Japan in January 2026!

Although rustic in its origins, Tweed, a type of textile weave, has been enriched over time with infinitely diverse variations. Rafia is mixed with wool, linen threads play with the shine of silk, illuminated here and there with lurex, sometimes pearls, which further add to the richness of the textures; it is an incredible world of textile expression which opens today to our customers.

Tweed however has lost none of its original simplicity, it has always rhymed with modernity, even when it is augmented with the most astonishing threads, tweed retains an elegant, natural and simple spontaneity, it is anything but bling. Its designs carried out on manual looms allow it once production is launched to retain the artisanal, unique, creative, chic and spontaneous aspect which guarantees tweed a place of choice in today’s interiors.

Tweed brings unctuosity, a drape, a variety of expression, a richness of texture and warmth that flirt harmoniously with contemporary materials, concrete, wood, metal.
