Perched in the hills of Èze, Villa Eze reveals its new identity after a complete renovation. Three floors entirely reimagined, an added extension, a level carved directly into the rock… every detail has been designed to enhance the space and blend seamlessly with the landscape.
Inside, you’ll find a refined master suite, two guest bedrooms, four bathrooms, a home office, and a spacious open-plan living area overlooking the Mediterranean. The villa opens onto lush gardens, an infinity pool, and even a dedicated children’s area, while a staff zone ensures complete comfort.
Inspired by the Armani Hotel in Milan, the design embraces clean lines and a mineral palette — beige, ivory, travertine — balanced with touches of dark wood. A space crafted to offer a soft, elegant atmosphere, perfectly in harmony with the hills of Èze.

Perchée sur les hauteurs d’Èze, la Villa Eze révèle sa nouvelle identité après une rénovation totale. Trois étages repensés de fond en comble, une extension ajoutée, un niveau façonné directement dans la roche… chaque détail a été imaginé pour sublimer l’espace et s’harmoniser avec le paysage.
À l’intérieur : une master suite raffinée, deux chambres invités, quatre salles de bain, un bureau et un vaste espace de vie ouvert sur la Méditerranée. La villa s’ouvre sur des jardins luxuriants, une piscine à débordement et même un espace dédié aux enfants, tandis qu’une zone staff assure un confort absolu.
Inspiré de l’Armani Hotel de Milan, le design mise sur des lignes épurées et une palette minérale — beige, ivoire, travertin — équilibrée par des touches de bois sombre. Un ensemble pensé pour créer une atmosphère douce, élégante et parfaitement en accord avec les collines d’Èze.

Some trends, once synonymous with modernity, have now lost their elegance.
A discerning eye can tell the difference between what is merely fashionable and what truly stands the test of time.

1. The all-grey look
Reigning over minimalist interiors for years, uniform grey has ended up dulling the depth of spaces.
Contemporary design now embraces the richness of contrast, the balance of tones, and the vibrancy of materials.
Elegance is born from the dialogue between textures, not their uniformity.

2. Gold finishes
Once distinctive, their omnipresence has stripped them of their uniqueness.
In high-end interiors, light now reflects off patinated metals, brushed finishes, and textures that tell the passage of time.
Brilliance alone is not enough, it’s the material itself that conveys nobility.

3. Overly patterned wallpapers
Long used to create dramatic effects, they often ended up confining a space rather than enhancing it.

Luxoria had the privilege of collaborating with one of the most prestigious developers in Paris on this project, the first single serviced residence in Paris. Located in the heart of the 16th arrondissement of Paris, in the embassy district, SIGNATURE “une adresse parisienne“ expresses all the French elegance through its refined geometric lines, typical of the Art Deco style, within a peaceful and residential setting. Today, we’re turning our focus to the living room.

Project Alpes d’Huez

A recent project in Alpe d’Huez: a four-bedroom, three-bathroom chalet styled by Luxoria Interiors.
Our role focused on furnishings, textiles and lighting—bringing softness, warmth and balance to this Scandinavian family’s alpine getaway.

Outdoor areas were kept simple: a dining terrace, lounge seating off the living room and master, and a quiet bench on the guest balcony.

Subtle, functional, and designed to feel lived in.
