Life in Bangkok😘 …will be depressed when I leave

Summer is coming to an end. If you have not holidayed in Thailand , I hope this post will inspire you to look into it even if it is via 😅

- an hour of a proper Thai massage is 15£ or less
- Super food is a daily ordinary .. guava, papaya , pineapple, fresh coconut water, fresh soy milk.
- gluten free diet is normal as we don’t grow wheat !!
- biggest variety of rice you may never heard of as we export rice to the world, Jasmine rice , Riseberry, wholegrain black rice, glutinous rice etc
- Pulses like mung beans, red kidney beans are eaten widely both in savoury dishes and desserts
- being hospitable and polite are in Thai people’s DNA . 99% of people are super nice and friendly regardless of who you are or where you come from
- 30 degree C heat guaranteed every day😎

Overnight no knead hybrid bread. It has the crunchy sourdough outside with a soft sandwich-like texture inside.
* No need to have a sourdough starter.
* just 2 grams of yeast
* 8-10 hours overnight fermentation
* 5 mins hand mix before going to bed
* 5 mins shaping the next morning
* 45 mins in the oven
* freeze well
