I ditched the store-bought loaf today. While the supermarket version is packed with a whopping 13 ingredients, my homemade sandwich loaf came together with just 6 simple, real ingredients.
The best part? Letting the Thermomix do the heavy lifting. I used the Thermomix Sensor to monitor the internal temperature while baking, ensuring it hit that perfect sweet spot for a soft, golden crust and a fluffy crumb every single time.
