Working alongside Z.B.S (zanders building services) and EB-Architect, we recently completed another home extension in Cove Bay.
To the rear of the bungalow, we extended the existing bedrooms, to create two bedrooms almost double in size. One including a corner bay window to allow in plenty of natural light, and the other, a set of patio doors opening out to a porch, a great feature to enhance the property.
To add some built-in storage to the master bedroom, we also supplied and fitted a number of items from Howdens Joinery's bedroom range. This included a pair of large chest of drawers, a pair of bedside cabinets mounted to a matching headboard, and four full height wardrobe units, joined to a made to measure shelf area to maximise the use of the space.
In addition to the extension, the garden to the rear of the property was also overhauled, creating a more usable space that was once dominated by a steep incline. A new retaining wall, porcelain slabs, and a two-tone composite deck complement the extension well.
