After having a few messages asking how we make some of our larger pieces i think we are going to start posting progress pictures for you all to see. I've got a couple of mid-way shots of our current build to show now, but the next one will be start to finish. Hopefully it goes some way to show how truely unique each piece is, it would be impossible for Del to twist each tree the same way or for me to build and paint the same way twice 😄 🌳

And heres that second large creation for you all. Please forgive the black tarp in the background, the lacquer was still drying 😅. Some of you may recognise the log from a much earlier post, its the nice tree trunk we found on Pensarn Beach. One tree didn't do it justice so it had to have 2 😁🌳

As promised, here's the first of our large scale projects, very near completion, it just needs to be sat into a base. Construction pictures will follow when we are fully finished. Its taken a long time to get it this far 😮‍💨 but its been a fun piece to build, paint and decorate 🌳
